CH Event Indoor Markets

CH Event is a family run business headed by myself. I started CH Event in June 2018 and set up a booking group on Facebook to give easy access for local traders to attend the events. This group has grown steadily and so have the regular events we hold. We now have a well established group of local traders who have become friends and love to attend events together. Our events try to showcase local traders work and give them fair prices for their stalls. We have built up a group of hugely talented craftspeople who attend our events regularly but are welcoming of new traders to join us. We are supportive and try to give a fun friendly environment which is stress free. We have a full schedule of events in Hexham Abbey throughout the year. Look out for lots more coming soon.

How to find out markets.

Hexham Abbey monthly indoor market

Hexham Abbey, Beaumont Steet

Hexham Abbey is situated in the market place in Hexham. A small amount of parking is available on Beaumont street but this has a 2hr limit on it. If you are planning on enjoying the town for a few hours you can park at The Wentworth car park (white bays are all day parking) or behind the travel lodge which is free and a relatively short walk into the town centre.

Our indoor market is upstairs in Hexham Abbey. You will see A frame signs dotted around the building outside pointing you in the right direction. Please enter under the stone arch towards the café entrance. Once inside the Abbey building please go upstairs stairs to the second floor, there is also a lift if needed. Our markets are usually over 4 rooms upstairs depending on how many traders are able to attend. We have signs directing you around the rooms and any of our traders will be able to help make sure don’t miss anything.
